File renaming within WinCVS?

Hi,
I was wondering if there has been any discussion on adding file renaming
support to wincvs? I searched the archives, but haven't found any
discussion about this. I can only imagine this being an extremely useful
feature to have. I realize that the rename is still listed as
"experimental", but apparently it works very well. I have used it from
command line, and it seems to work fine too.
Or has anyone written a macro for this?
