Hi Srikanth,

Assuming that whatever you had mentioned about modules refers to a particular file/files.
You can checkout a set of files/ folders based upon the tag. I do not know the command, but you can do this through eclipse cvs.
There is an option to select a tag when you checkout the files from the cvs repository, and this will check out only the files with certain Tag Name, in this case (TagB). If you worry that it may cause any concern to the existing checkout, then choose a new checkout with a different name.

Subject: [cvsgui] Tag updations

            Hi friends

I have a doubt with respect to check out of tagged code.Suppose I have

tagged the modules with "Tag A" and after few days I will tag the CVS

with "Tag B"

Is it possible to check out "Tag B" from CVS on the Same location

where I have Tag A code. Will I get the Tag B version overwritten on Tag

A Version. How does this work. The reason is that I have huge code size

in CVS and It takes lot of time to check out freshly.

Best Wishes,

Shrikanth Achar B
