Perhaps ActivePython has changed and WinCvs no longer >recognizes it? I think you have to select Admin/Preferences... , then click on the WinCVS tab and fill in the location of your Python DLL. I'm not sure why it can't just find it by itself. I found mine, Python24.dll, in my WINNT/system32 folder. Yahoo!
