Can WinCVS create diff package for code review?

Hi all

I'm not familiar with WinCVS. I need create a package which include all the
modifications that I made, so that I can send this package to somebody else
for code review before submit code to the CVS server. Does anybody know
whether WinCVS can create this package and how to open the package to see
the code difference? Many thanks in advance.
