First, turn off your caps lock - no need to shout. Second, this forum
is support of the CvsGui family of graphical CVS clients. Your question
is how to configure a CVS server. See the CvsNT
(http://www.cvsnt.org/wiki) documentation for that. There is a ton of
documentation on how to get started with CVS, so spend some time looking
at those resources before sending out message stating "I'm new, tell me
what I need to do."
In brief, yes, you need a server with central repository for all your
developers to access.
