List of tags/branches when checking out not functional?

Hi,

I haven't had the need to checkout a project from a branch in a while in 
WinCVS, but I tried to today and for some reason can't seem to see a list of 
tags and/or branches in my project.  I assume I must be doing something 
incorrect, so if anyone could point me in the right direction, I'd greatly 
appreciate it.

Using WinCVS 2.0.9.1 (Build 1)

1) From the Checkout Settings window, I clicked the elipses (...) on the 
Module Name(s) and path on server line.
2) Select Module Window:  Specify the CVSROOT, select List checkbox and 
click refresh.  This displays the list of all folders in my repository
3) Select rev/tag checkbox and click on the (...).  The Select tag/branch 
window opens up and is empty.

When I look at the command output I see that the module name that I selected 
is not indicated anywere in the CVS command when doing the rlog.  Am I doing 
something wrong, or is this a known bug?

ie:
cvs -w -d :pserver:[email protected]:/Repository rlog -h -l
