file information for a tag

Hi 

I am using WinCVS [version 1.3.13.1 beta 13(build 1)] for my projects. I
want to know if it is possible to get the list of files and their
version number of a particular tag which I have applied. 

Suppose if I need list of files and their version number for tag <xyz>,
how do I get it. This information will be helpful for me to keep my
clients informed. Can anybody suggest for any other third party tool
which can be used to get this information or is it available in this
version itself
