Yes, of course I already tried that. From what I see WinCVS doesn't take any CLAs (passing in -h, -help, or -? doesn't display anything, passing in garbage doesn't force a list of known options to be displayed either). I d/l'd the WinCVS source code and looked through it, but I didn't see any code that does what I'm wanting to do, so I subscribed to the mailing list and asked posted the question.
