I don't know if this is considered a good practice or not, but in
such cases, I go into the CVS folder (it's a hidden folder, but I
always set up Windows to show hidden files & folders) that exists in
the folder that contains your broken folders, open the Entries file
therein, and delete the lines:
D/<broken folder name> ...
There should be 4 of these lines, one for each broken folder that
shows up in your repository
