Authentication problem??

Hello, 

We recently changed the password of the service account that accesses to 
CVSROOT repository on the server.  Now I can't login to the repository via 
WinCvs as it shown below.  It seems for me there is something missing 
between the service account and  CVSROOT repository.  Does any one know 
how to fix it?
