Re: Why the project's size is not same as original?

What you described indicates that line endings is NOT the problem.
Please investigate the other possibilities I already mentioned:

Did you do a diff (use a difference tool such as WinDiff) between the
imported and checked out versions?

Do the project files include any binaries that you did not flag properly
when you imported them?

Do you have expandable keywords in the files and correctly CVS has changed?
