Who can help me : cvs update: move away " testimport/testimporttxt.txt;" ; it is in the way

Hi, everybody!

    I have imported one project (TestProject) into CVS repository, later, I want to import a subfolder named testsubfolder into the repository TestProject/testsubfolder. 

    I use the "-C" option in my WinCVS , which means "Create cvs directories while importing" , then my local testsubfolder has been added into cvs, but When I update in the parent folder (TestProject) ，I got the err message:  

    C   TestProject/testsubfolder /testimportbinary.doc
    cvs update: move away TestProject/testsubfolder /testimportbinary.doc,  it is in the way

    Anybody who can tell me how to resolve the problem ？
