issue with login using WinCVS

Hi,

i have some issue trying to login through WinCVS.
I followed the steps written on

till *6. Testing the CVS connection from another PC*

under WinCVS i use admin->Login and sspi protocol ex : CVS ROOT
:sspi:serdev:/cvs_root
everything seems to work because i get the foolowing message :

> cvs -d :sspi:serdev:/cvs_root login
> Logging in to :sspi:cvsadmin@serdev:2401:/cvs_root
>
> ***** CVS exited normally with code 0 *****


but i'm not able to add any file.... could someone help me please to debug
this issue ?
