Anyone have any idea how to authenticate WinCVS via old ASP using WScript.Shell?

Hi there, 

Recently I need to work on WinCVS and old ASP application.

Is there a way for me to authenticate/verify the username & password
entered in the old ASP page to the WinCVS repository using WScript
object in old ASP?
 
I tried to parse in the username & password into WScript object and
execute it but seem like failed.

Thanks for any advise/guidance in advance.
