cvs -d :protocol:host:/repo rtag -dB module

Regardless of whether a revision was experimental or not those revisions
are a part of the history of the code being managed so in my opinion
should never be deleted.  

There are ways to delete revisions in CVS but we don't like to talk
about that (it's for experts only and the definition of an expert is
knowing how to use it).

Note: these sort of questions should be directed to the CVSNT newsgroup
or CVS newsgroup depending on the server you are using (remember CVSNT
runs on linux/unix/mac too - by 'server' I mean which CVS/CVSNT server,
not the OS server).  The command I've given above for removing a branch
is for CVSNT 2.5.03.2382.
