You can download WinCVS without CVSNT and then download the latest
stable or testing CVSNT from cvsnt.org

I don't think WinCVS has errors - CVSNT is what produces the errors, and
no there is no list (however the possible return status for each command
is listed in the manaual cvsnt.org/manual )
