Ok - you need to get this working without a commandline password  
prompt in Terminal (the only acceptable password prompt is the  
keychain UI asking your for your keychain password).

check the following:

- is your public key on the remote host in ~/.ssh/authorized_keys?
- does the remote system expect ssh public keys in that location (this  
depends on the remote system OS - if it's Mac OS X, then this is the  
correct location, if not, find out where to put public keys for that  
OS and put your public key there)
