I remember 3.3b1 did have some problems with Leopard, although I don't  
recall any crashes, but please give it a try...

BTW: how far do you get?
The first time you start MacCvsX, it will query for the CVSROOT  
settings - did you get that far?
If so, did you enter a valid CVSROOT or did you leave it empty?

I tried to launch MacCvsX without prefs available and it didn't crash  
on my Mac Pro on 10.5.4 - we'll need to figure out why it crashes for  
you...

But try the b2 first, please...
