Doc site is gone

Hope here's the correct place for this.

This page

has the link
A Minimalistic Guide to CVS with SSH : understanding ssh from the cvs
stand point.

that leads to
http://www.jfipa.org/publications/CVSGuide/

but this domain has been taken by a domain reseller. Better to delete
the reference, IMHO.
