If you checkout a sandbox as :pserver:andrew@host:/repo then that
sandbox is always 'tied' to the user 'andrew'.

Provided you are using CVSNT (by default it's the CVS client that WinCVS
installs I think) if you checkout the sandbox as :pserver:host:/repo
then your current windows/linux 'username' is used.  Then if you are
logged in to the consle as 'andrew' then the username 'andrew' is used
and if you are logged in as 'brian' then...

Note: it is generally more common to use :sspi:host:/repo since then you
do not need to do a 'cvs login' at all (your windows authentication
token is used instead).
