Sorry, I don't completely understand your setup. What version of WinCvs
are you using? When you say you "upload a complete repository", what do
you mean by that? Did you run the import command? If so, you had to
tell it what your target repository was, via CVSROOT specification.
I've never had occasion to do that, but I'm guessing you would then have
to check out that remote repository into a new local sandbox, which you
could then update.
