Hello Everyone,
 
WinCVS/cvsnt doesn't allow mass add or commit or am I doing it wrong?  I have 2 unique situation regarding checking in files
 
1: I would like to copy and checkin an entire folder & file structure into & under an existing project as an integral part of this project but 
 
a. I don't see any button or command or feature to allow a mass add or commit in WinCVS. And annoyingly enough I have to highlight my text files and binary files separately to add them as WinCVS is not aware what's what.
 
b. I also use WinCVS "Remote | Import Module" but it complains about the type of files being text or binary and then it complains that Wincvs will not allow checking in of unicode files?!  I thought if you have a brand new folder to be added to an existing project, you could use import moudle to create a semblance of a mass add&commit, no?
 
c. My WinCVS 2.1.1.1(BUILD 1) installation uses CVSNT 2.0.51.d. And our CVS server is running CVS 1.11.22. What happens if I switch my cvsnt to cvs gnu exe?  I really don't like how cvsnt makes limited use of the cvs client/server features.
 
2: On the linux server at the root of my repository, I've created a top folder for each department whithin our company and each group is supposed to create new projects only under their own departmental folders. However, I'm finding that couple of developers created bunch of new projects directly on the root parallel to the other departmental folders, I'm planning to login to the server and move these folders to their appropriate place.  In the mean time, is there any way to limit access to the users as to where they can create new projects?
