configuring wincvs

Hi Friends

I have been able to configure cvsnt with users through commands.  My
question is

1) How to configure wincvs i have installed with this users.

In other words I want wincvs to ask for login name and password, should be
able to check in and check out projects

Urgent help required.

*cvs version:* cvsnt 2.5.03(Scorpio) Build 2382
