I understand how you set up the key binding, but you also mentioned in our original post that the macro is applied to all files in the directory, whereas in my test, it's actually just applied to a single file, but it just takes an awful lot of time to complete, for some reason (I tried with the "Show log entry" built-in macro).

Does it really apply to all files (i.e. when you choose "Deploy to Beta+QA", are actually all files deployed)? Or does it just seem like it does because it takes such a long time?
Can you please try with the "Show log entry" macro, which dumps the current log entry into MacCvsX's console window - this way you'll see which files it applies to?
