unfortunately, there's no new version of MacCvsX.
However, you can get MacCvsX working on Snow Leopard by disabling the Tk integration: The easiest way is to remove (or rename) the "PythonLib" folder that is on the same level as the "MacCvsX.app" application package. If you're using macros, you can also selectively disable the Tk integration by renaming the "SafeTk.py" file inside the "PythonLib" folder (if there's a file named "SafeTk.pyc" next to it, delete this one). 

The second approach will give you a warning message at startup about module "SafeTk" missing, but that's OK as long as you don't need macros that use Tk (not sure whether those ever worked on Mac OS X anyway).
