Are you talking about MacCvsX?
Adding code to MacCvsX is a bit tedious, since it's based on the PowerPlant application framework, which is somewhat outdated. If you're interested in building MacCvsX, drop me a note and I can get you some instructions.
However, you can also drag items from the MacCvsX window onto application icons to open them with that application. For some reason, this does not work reliably with icons in the dock, but when dragging onto icons in the Finder (or e.g. in DragThing), this works just fine... this might be an easier workaround than changing the MacCvsX code.
