Hi, I was having this problem on a Windows 7 computer running Windows 7 Enterprise x64. I fixed the problem by removing or uninstalling any old versions of Python or TCL and then installing Python 2.7.2 available on python.org. Now it works perfectly fine with no error pop-ups.
