CVSNT 2.5 has many serious security problems, please upgrade.

Did you install the server or just the client?  If you have the server
installed you will 'see' the service 'CVSNT' in the 'services' control
panel.

It means the server is not running or your firewall is not configured.

The latest version of CVSNT is 2.8.01 (CVS Suite 2009), and the windows
