The term 'all their changes' can be seem as in all the module. But it's just
necessary inside the directory that will be renamed.

I suggest change from
'They should commit all their changes'
 to
'They should commit all their changes in the removing directory'

follows the original text:

Inform everyone who has a checked out copy of the directory that the
directory will be renamed.  They should commit all
their changes, and remove their working copies,
before you take the steps below.
