Ah, auto_re_conf. I tried autoconf, that did not help. I don't know this stuff
in depth...
Ok, i use OpenPKG, and that comes with autoconf-2.59 and automake-1.9.4. I did
the autoreconf and rebuilt, and from what i can tell until now, your patch
helped. The included getopt is used and cvs works as expected.
