TortoiseCVS 1.9.1 UNSTABLE is out

The TortoiseCVS team is now ready with the first feature release since 
June 2004.

As this is the first release on the 1.9.x development branch, you should 
not use it in a production environment. The release has not undergone 
thorough testing.
That being said, we think there are some exciting new features to be 
found, so please check it out if you have the chance.

There is now an "Edit policy" preference which allows specifying if the
