I just installed 1.9.2 and at the end of the install it proposed to 
restart explorer instead of windows (good) however after I selected this
and clicked OK (or next don't remember the exact dialog layout) I got 
the old dialog asking if I want to restart windows now or later.
I thought this was not necessary anymore
