TortoiseCVS 1.8.14 (stable) released

This release fixes a few bugs, including a crash on Windows 95/98/ME=20
platforms.

Also, two new translations have been added.

Fixed bug 1172787 (Pagefault while doing an update) by installing an
older CVSNT version on Windows 95/98/ME. (Torsten)

Added Spanish translation (started by Carlos Mendez and now maintained

Fixed bug where CVS Diff would sometimes inexplicably fail. (Torsten)

In a sandbox, the Checkout command is now available on the submenu.=20
