TortoiseCVS 1.1.5 UNSTABLE released

It's time for a new release!

I urge everyone to try out this release; the unstable branch will now go into feature freeze for a while, and a new stable branch will be created once we have an unstable release that is sufficiently mature to serve as the base for this.

This release includes patches contributed by no less than five different people. These account for a lot of new, neat features. 
Selected highlights:
- Make New Module: The module name can now be edited.
- You can now specify the port in the Checkout dialog
- In the file "Filetypes.config", you can now specify file extensions that should be considered text or binary.
- History and Revision Graph can now be accessed from the property page.
- History dialog now has Minimize and Maximize buttons.
- Branch/tag list now lists the most recent tag first.
- The Checkout, History, and Revision Graph dialogs now open using the size they had the last time they were used.

Another notable change is that the version of CVSNT included has been rolled back to 57f in order to escape the various bugs that have plagued the more recent releases.

Also, the NSIS installer previous used has been replaced my My Inno Setup Extensions. Hopefully this (together with the CVSNT change) will solve the Windows 98-related problems present in the last few unstable releases.

The TortoiseCVS SSH client, TortoisePlink, has been upgraded to be based on the recently released version 0.53 of the PuTTY suite. This should make life easier for those people who use OpenSSH SSH2.

Apart from these changes, a lot of bug fixes and minor improvements are also included. See changelog below for details.
