TortoiseCVS 1.1.7 (unstable) released

TortoiseCVS 1.1.7 is now available on SourceForge:

In yet another attempt to find a version of CVSNT that actually works on
Windows 98, the recently released CVSNT build 57j is included in this
release. More than one user has reported that 57j works with SSH, so there
is hope.
