RE: TortoiseCVS 1.8.25 (stable) released

Does this include a new CVSNT client?  The client in 24 has 'issues' with
using sspi and older CVSNT servers, so we haven't been able to upgrade to
it.  These issues were relaxed in the current CVSNT client version.
