Finally, after a long wait (partly due to recent hardware problems at=20
SourceForge), a new stable release is out.

Summary of changes:

    Fixed minor bugs.
    Updated to CVSNT 2.5.3.2260.
    Added Czech translation.
    Updated to match new SourceForge CVS server naming scheme.
