 This is a bugfix release - most notably the issue with the size grip under
XP is now fixed.

Fixed bug [636886] "1.1.8 can't use plink from PuTTY". (Torsten)

If CVSROOT was set in the environment, the history list in the Checkout
dialog did not work correctly. (Torsten).
