One thing about the installer: If I choose to restart the Explorer
instead of the complete system, I'll get the following message while it
tries to restart the explorer:

"The application 'Setup - TortoiseCVS' (is-P8NCR.tmp) needs to be closed
before TortoiseCVS setup can continue. Please close the application ..."

As I cannot close the setup program, I have to restart the complete
system anyway...
