This is mostly a bugfix release.

Highlights:

- Overlay icons can now be previewed in Preferences.

- More Revision Graph features.

- Added preference "Use Unix line endings".

- Support for localization is now added: TortoiseCVS can now display
messages in your
  favourite language. Note, however, that
    - no complete translations are actually available yet. A French
translation is being prepared,
and an incomplete German one exists (we expect the French
translation to be ready for the next
release, and probably Dutch will also be included). In the
installer you can select "Custom"
and install the language files if you want to try any of these two
out. To enable translation,
simply set up Windows to use the language in question (Control
Panel/Regional Settings).
    - only the messages in TortoiseAct.exe are translated for now. This
means that e.g. the
context menu texts can not be translated, and neither can the
messages shown by TortoisePlink.
This issue will be addressed later.
