TortoiseCVS 1.6 .3 (stable) released

With the release of TortoiseCVS 1.6.3, TortoiseCVS users can finally 
enjoy a feature that WinCVS users have had for some time:

The Revision Graph dialog now displays mergepoints visually. (Note: 
Mergepoints are only supported by CVSNT, so if you are using a non-CVSNT 
server, this will not be of any use to you).

And of course, this release includes the usual bunch of bug fixes.
