TortoiseCVS 1.8.0 (stable) Release Candidate 1 is available

this release features lots of changes relative to 1.6.14, including:

- French User Guide
- Word wrap commit messages
- Annotate feature.
- Possible to specify both tag and date when updating.
- Commit comment field now defaults to empty, and Ctrl-Up/Ctrl-Down 
select from comment history.
- Added feature "Simulated update" (cvs -n update).
- SSH parameters now completely user-definable.
- "Resolve conflicts" now recursively scans subdirectories.
- New "Add" dialog with treeview and lots of new features.
- Commit dialog now has a "File type" column.
- Redesign of many dialogs.
