This release is mainly to attempt fixing the Windows 98 install problems
introduced in 1.1.2.
Also fixed some other annoying bugs.

Fixed bug [605425] "Dialog title has errant ampersand". (Torsten)

Move properly to latest CVS version of wxWindows, hopefully fixed all the
errors we were getting before in message handlers.  If you get access
violations in any dialogs, please let us know, as we probably know what it
is! (Francis)

Fixed bug in "Add Contents" which didn't properly add nested folders, thanks
to Aaron Kynaston for finding it (Francis)
