I had previously checked the options for that and didn't have any luck. I just checked their support forums and found this<http://www.scootersoftware.com/vbulletin/showpost.php?p=15860&postcount=2> post recommending the /solo switch. I added it to the arguments TCVS uses to launch Beyond Compare and it worked great.
