Commit Dialog - Custom form

Hi,

In TortoiseSVN,through the commit window, is possible to open a custom form 
to select items from another application and put the selected items in the comment.

I need to do something similar to integrate TortoiseCVS with other system.


It is possible in TortoiseCVS ?
