Hi Gabriel,
The concrete problem is like this:
I have a module whose parent directory is Data, and some of the child
directories are add to CVS and some ignored. For example
Data (module father)
     |---MicroArrays (added to CVS)
     |---Ontology (added to CVS)
     | |--------iTraqSamples(added to CVS)
     | |--------Test (ignored from CVS)
     |----Test (added to CVS)

So, how do I remove Test from the CVS server without errasing the content of
the directory from my computer? In other words, can I change the Test
forlder to be ignored from CVS ones it has been added?
