I'm really not sure what this define does anyway - I looked at the wx code earlier and if it is a unicode build I think this flag is ignored. We used to have something similar in CVSNT for handling unicode in non-unicode applications and I assumed that it was the same (otherwise it makes no sense for wx to have unicode builds with this set off by default). Either way I am setting this to 1 in future builds.
