After the install of R4, I noticed that two TortoiseSVN packages were installed too. So I uninstalled both of them AND R4, then re-installed (thinking that they may have come from a different package), but the R4 install puts them in place. I also tried just uninstalling the SVN packages alone and it did not help. What is UAC? I am not sure what UAC is and don't remember any questions about it. Thanks for your help!
