Problem with editor...

When I use the "View this revision" item in a CVS --> Revision Graph window
(TCVS 1.10.7), the selected file (in this case a .cs file) opens in notepad.

I prefer to use notepad++ as my editor... 

Can I get TCVS to use notepad++ in this context?

I have made notepad++ the default when .cs files are opened (double click). 

I have made notepad++ the target of $CVSEDITOR system environment variable.

Still, I get notepad....

Any suggestions appreciated,
