Switch to using Putty+Key Authentication, use pass-keys on your Keys.

If need-be, modify Plink to require a two-token authentication: (1) The RSA
SecurID, (2) the Pass-key.
And modify Pageant such that if Pageant has already loaded the key, then have it
re-auth against the RSA SecurID on specific conditions - e.g. new sessions, time
longer than N minutes, etc. - as desired.

This may require some work on your part, and would probably be beneficial to the
Putty community as a whole (especially if the RSA SecurID API integration was
such that you could release it). But it could probably resolve your issue.

You may also want to look at:

OpenSSH Patches:
http://www.securityfocus.com/tools/3148
https://labs.omniti.com/labs/openssh-securid
http://groups.google.com/group/sequel-pro/browse_thread/thread/8e71a1569bafcbee

http://www.rsa.com/node.aspx?id=1177 (via Solaris/Linux PAM)

These enable the use of the RSA SecurID as the password for the SSH Login. That
might work as well - especially since one seems to be supported directly by RSA
themselves.

Just $0.02
